During my time at West Valley Music, I led a digital marketing refresh for the store’s online presence. I developed a social media strategy and designed creative content to engage customers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website. I also supported day-to-day store operations, including customer service and instrument repair.

Infographics

Designed informative infographics that connected customers with the store’s products, services, and events. Conducted research on music topics and store offerings to create visually engaging pieces that promoted sales, lessons, and seasonal promotions across social media and in-store displays.

Content Creation

Composer of the Month

Initiated and led the Composer of the Month, a campaign to connect customers with the stories behind the music. Each month, I designed a spotlight post for social media and set up an in-store display featuring the composer’s biography, achievements, and a curated collection of their sheet music and recordings.
